Gayle became licensed as a sales agent in 1985, obtained her Broker's license in 1989, and started her own real estate company, Sabol Associates, Inc., in 1993. In 2007, Gayle merged her company with Keller Williams Realty as an owner/investor in the North Central Market Center in Leominster, MA.

Gayle has sold and closed well over 1200 properties and has consistently achieved Top Producer Platinum & Diamond status every year since 1992. That status puts her solidly in the top 2-5% of all Realtors in North Central Massachusetts
